About Mads

Mads has more than 20 years of leadership and project management experience from renowned companies such as Arla, Novo Nordisk, Novozymes, Ørsted, Maersk, and Grundfos.

Based on his 20 years of experience, I have developed a project success model called the P.A.T.H. model, which helps companies and project leaders succeed in their projects and fuel their career aspirations.

More than 70% of projects fail in one way or another. Mads' mission is to change this statistic and help everyone who works on projects to achieve success, live out their full potential, and get the career of their dreams.

He is known for his structured approach, high energy level, and for his ability to motivate and support his mentees to reach their full potential. In addition to offering project management training, Mads is also a lecturer and facilitates workshops around the world.
